How do I create an account?

You can create your Jigstep account by clicking on the 'sign up' tab on the Jigstep home page and by filling in the requested field and creating a password for each time you visit Jigstep.

How do I register for a Feis?

Once you have created your Jigstep account, you can enter any of the listed Feiseanna, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Are my contact and payment details secure?

Jigstep uses Stripe as it's payment gateway and does not store any payment details for any of its users. For Stripe's policy on the storage of payment details, please visit stripe.com.

Can I pay for more than one of my children under my account?

If you have more than one child registered on your account, you can take full advantage of the family fee which is set by the Feis Organiser and laid out in the syllabus. You can pay for all of the dancers listed under your account in one payment.

If the Feis I have entered and paid for is cancelled or postponed, will I get a full refund of my entry fee?

All refunds, due to a cancellation of a Feis, will be processed by the Feis organiser and not by Jigstep. If a Feis is postponed, your account will be credited and can be used for other competitions.

Can I amend my entry once I've paid?

You may amend your entry as many times as you wish before the payment stage. Your "cart" automatically saves so you can return to amend or make payment at a later date. Once you’ve paid, if you have selected the wrong dance JigStep can amend your entry. If you need to add more dances a new order is required. All refunds are at the discretion of the feis organiser.
